Pier as a human, I semi like him. Why did I make him have neon green it looks bad with orange/orange hues like brown and cream, which is most of him since he’s basically naked
I have an explanation for the dumb socks, he already feels uncomfortable with things like shirts and probably any tight body wear so why wouldn’t he also feel uncomfortable with sand. He now feels that sand is annoying and icky and a pain to deal with so he’s wearing sock atleast till he gets to the ocean then he’ll take them off
Why not water shoes. He’s to broke and thinks they look stupid
Out of universe explanation, I am not coming back to drawing humans and immediately being hit with the character that would wear either open shoes or no shoes. I just learned how to draw human I am not learning how to draw feet next. Also cause I find them really weird, they gross me out and I hate it
I struggled with his hair, the ginger looked nice but when I added the green I was disgusted. Orange and look horrible together so now they are far apart. Maybe he’s a ginger, maybe not
I made him tall and more lanky cause I think that fits him more than being more buff. He’s muscular it’s just very invisible

Last reason. This is DA. I put hum in the tag bar and was immediately hit with humiliation/humiliated stuff.
