Okay. First, this picture is amazingly adorable >u< it looks like the kind of art that Disney would put on over priced t-shirts in their gift shops. All the characters look super happy and the pictures composition is really well balanced. You also did a really good job making it look like Ralph is actually holding them, which i know can be hard to do OuO. However, there are a few parts in this picture that look flat, like Ralph's forehead, and Felix's leg for example. But that could be easily fixed with a few highlights. Also, the highlights in the eyes are all in different places, making the light source somewhat hard to figure out. In my opinion the major problem is the faces. The characters look happy, but their expressions seem a little flat. Vanellope seems like she is just kinda of staring off into space and Ralph looks like hes been posing for a picture too long. Vanellope's nose also seems detached from her face, like its floating off her face.
This picture over all is really well done, and the few problems it has can easily be fixed by adding/changing some of the highlights. OuO;; I hope i was helpful.

You know, Ralph's design definitely calls for a group-bear-hug but this is the first time I've seen one. This is really cute, you captured the characters well.
