But that aside, a plain and simple background visual for a plain and simple guy that I like enough to remember his birthday every flip-flop year.
I mean, it's not really a birthday-themed picture, right? I just wanted to draw a lot of Chrom's at once, more to layout some of his form he took on in the years. And I decided to make a silly Pokemon-based take on the growth chart as well, a~nd that somehow sprung into this ridiculous stretch of mock-notetaking.

Goshers, I just love how my brain works.

Even so, this was actually meant to be a funny little idea I wanted to put out for fun: depicting Chrom and his versions like a Pokemon.
I had normally wanted to make both the Exalt and Risen King forms as normal Evolutions as opposed to Mega Evolutions, but as of now, we don't have Pokemon with a 4th evolution, so doing that would make no sense. And I left the Mega Stone names ambiguous because I would have otherwise named them Chromium X and Y due to their pun's worth. (Chrommite sounded like an insult? Ahh...) So once again, I'll leave that to you to decide~!

And what better day to actually spend days putting it together by posting it in the midnight that starts the time of his in-game birth.

You know that it's late as I'm typing this by how more long-winded my sentences are, huh? I'm so-so sorry...!

I should probably go to sleep now, I have to wake up early on a Saturday for an appointment, so I couldn't post this sooner then!

Oh! Though it is a little minor, I did want to mention that the super-plain (I'm sorry) lined-paper background was thanks to a stock picture I found in the Internet.
