I made this for a while ,the steps I did on CG painting. Hope you enjoy.
::Explanation::
-Rough and compose.(1) Then lining and base color, choose your favorite colors.(2)
-Shading 1st and 2nd shades.(3)(4)
-Hilight and add some more color(5),add dragon's base color.
-Shading dragon.(6)(7)
-Lighting and Shading dragon with Glow and Multiply layers.(8)
-Add some more light and shade of all character with Overlay, Glow and Multiply layer.
-Lighting all atmosephere with Overlay and Glow.(10)
-At last, add some effect and particles.
-Finished!
