Phoebe is the ghost type user of the hoenn elite four. She looks like a hula dancer so you probably won't guess that she uses ghost types. Hula is one of her past time activities so she takes out all of her pokemon and hula dances for them. One day she decided that she wanted to do a different dance. She looks all over the internet for dances that she would like to do. Eventually she saw an article about belly dancing that got her interested. She attempted but it didn't 't seemed to have enough pazzaz to it.her duskull flew off and then came back with a fainted swallot. Phoebe was think what the duskull was thinking and began to swallow the swallot. Eventually, she got it to slide down her throat and all the way down into her belly. Phoebe belly danced again with the pazzaz that she wanted.
