Mega Lightpainting - Angel and I have about 16 hours into this.. This kind of lightpainting is pretty complicated. We even had a preshoot meeting.. By the end we where able to do each exposure attempt in about 5 minutes, but at the beginning it took more like 10. I suppose we tried it about 15 times.. This one is our second to the last shot. The only part that is done in PS is a little cleanup of some spike marks on the floor and other stray bits, like my hands or a pole in the back of the studio. Angel worked really hard on this; the costume is very fitted and holding her arms up take after take was not easy. The pose is entirely inspired by her. She is a student of bellydance, and I just had her move about a bit till I saw the form I wanted to capture. The poor girl had to then remember that pose for a week. But you know...
