I'd be in utter pain after staring at flashing lights, so here's a non-epilepsy version of the move \ovo/ It was very fun to throw a bunch of colors around!
I also felt like challenging myself by using a very thin brush size for the lineart, but i ended up using the pen tool a lot. -v-

This is another submission for the www.game-art-hq.com/ Pokemon Gen III tribute. I drew volbeat to help fill up remaining slots ^-^
