this is acctually a piece done by artist Damiem Hirst in the very controversial "sensation show" where he sliced up a cows into sections like this and put them in glass containers so you could walk around them. The diffrence is his being a sculpture with acctual cows sliced up. The movie the cell acctually copied his work very literally, but yeah it's a cool idea.

Like the blood and the chainsaw...2 things.... the head (buffalo looking) section looks a little flat compared to the rest.. and I don't think a chainsaw would to that perfect a slicing job.... still the pic is... as I said... OH MY GOD!!

your right... the head does look flat... but thats prolly because there is no cross section to give it depth... id half to cut a wedge to give both parts cross sections..... and have you seen the chainsaws in the Lumberjack Games?... those things are massive.... but yeah.. that lil ol chainsaw would create an awful mess...
