a digital painting featuring one of my characters, a panda-like humanoid, who felt like venturing into some exotic place for the weekend.I painted in Photoshop without a sketch or planing, starting with some radndom shaps of trees and bushes. It turned out that at some stage I wanted to have some strange magical looking butterflies. So it became what it looks like now, a secen depicting a bug hunting panda encountering some alien butterflies.

I adore this. I absolutely adore this. It gives me a warm feelinside and makes me yearn for childhood (funny, I'm only 15). Actually makes me want to cry, a little bit. It's beautiful. reminds me of when I went hiking with my friends a few weeks ago.

i dont understand how this can get so many favs ( which it deserves ) but not alot of comments ! this should be loaded up with comments for such a beautiful and mystical picture. It takes my breath away :0 , the lighting is amazing and the concept comes right out of a storybook you'd see as a kid - it sure gives you that same dreamy feeling. beautiful and beautiful again !

The atmosphere of this is like a dream.... and the vertical format with the tall trees is somehow reminiscent of a cathedral. I love it.

This is lovely! Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. I love the magical feeling of it (the lighting and glowing sprinkles), the lush green colour in contrast with the blues in the shadows gives the forest a real depth, you know itβs ancient. And her awed expression (coupled with the fact that she is a panda girl / is wearing a panda suit) is great. I just love this piece
