More league of Legends fan art, what a blast I'm having with it. One new technique I have learned throughout drawing the background is how I can color on top of the white oil pastel layer with colored pencils and then smoothly blend it. Idk, it might be a new tip to try when making smooth, blended backgrounds (or covering up pencil mistakes like I did) while keeping a colored pencil look to the piece.
