Anthro Lugia felt like hugging someone but he was almost the only one on the beach and couldn't do it. As long as she looked at his Action Figure anthro Samurott toy she tried to hug him but he was small which didn't satisfy so Lugia decided to shrink with his power into the size of her toy Samurott so she was able to hug him the way he wanted.A micro human but not very small was observing that strange scene.
