Description It is strange that my pencils tend to look like a coloring book illo...
but it makes it more fun to ink.

This only really works with my own pencils, because I'm seeing the drawing "finished" in my mind,

With another artist this wouldn't be the case, because their "style" might be missing from the pencils/layouts.

Mostly an artist can only read their own mind.....
sometimes not even then.

If I may ask, how long does a pencils sketch like this take you? I can see how much the texture and shadow adds afterwards, but it seems like a huge amount of the nuance is already apparent even in jus the simple lines.
