Description
Ras Al Ghul, one character from Batman the Animated Series that I hated in the 90s, but love his episodes today. It dawned on me how many BtAS villains had button-up vests or jackets: Ra's, Joker, Mad Hatter, Penguin, Riddler, Two-Face, Ventriloquist...Drawn as part of the entire Rogue's Gallery:
