In Troll lore it is said that the Red Orchid Faeries are the most delicious..
In Faerie lore, they have never been eaten by a Troll.

When she saw the Troll she turned and sped towards it's huge head, the Troll taken off guard by the site of the fast approaching object headed for his face, lost his balance as he raised his arm, fist cuffed to swat the object out of the air, and he winced. Just before impact, the Faerie came to a full stop, her armlets and jewelry flying forward from the momentum, and with a quick jump, skipped over it's head.

By the time it awoke she was gone.
