Description
This guy is a genetically manipulated prize fighter. It started as a research for an uncommon characterdesign. For my personal stuff i prefer this style where the brushstrokes are still visible, rather than getting too realistic. This work is an excellent example of the genre. As stunning as it is grotesque, it invites feelings of fear and intimidation through clever use of shape, texture and colour. Everything from the type of hair on his body to the colour of the blood is well executed (Not a pun, I swear). Well done.
