but, my only critic maybe is that the robot's weight doesn't seem to affect the shape of the sand (i'm imagining that its feet should at least be buried a little or covered in sand)

a robot on holiday? i like how the fishing pole is strung over its back with the exhaust venting from the top. the placement of the head is clever. nice color and flowing movement to the piece. it looks mechanically plausible.

This is an amazing piece. The concept, detail, color palette, humor, but the thing that really dose it for me is something small and not noticed at first glance........the smoke coming from the vent at the top of the suit. Niiiiiiice touch.

oh wow for a second i thought this could've been traditional art! and cool robot design, the way the parts are big and bulky and not all tiny and streamlined along with your shading give the robot a sense of weight
