Well this preety much confirms the one in the back is Velkoz, now that its not so blurry and more refined its clearer to see who it is.

Skarner's tail is between Chogath's big cannon things, that shape in the backround is faded, in this one it isnt. That is VEL'KOZ, Look him up. Its a Void Champion that is close to coming out, who has 3 tentacles and one large eye.
