its cool the painting was okay i only thing i dont see fit is the face too innocent for the sexy oufit but overall this is awesome

awesome stuff.
but there are some parts you can tell it was a layer painted over the top of something. Like her leg on her left leg where the stocking meets her thigh, you can see the stocking doesn't wrap around near the bottom. and there are bits of white. It's not so much a crit as it is a: 'you forgot to clean it up a bit' 
Overall, the character design is kick ass. I can see nothing wrong with it. It's manga-ish, but still kinda not. And you got the coloring down prefectly.

her face is so innocent-but that body and pose is teh sexy! very interesting.

Very nice! The foreshortening is especially good! I think I'd like to see her left hand's fingers showing under her thigh to give a better sense of her other arm's position / how she's balanced. The deformation of her left eye is great, but needs to be lower OR slightly taller? But don't get me wrong - the posture is very attractive and you did a really nice job of it! Her mouth is fabulous and her expression is nicely ambivalent!
