As I was wandering aimlessly along this gutter, this band of pigeons, afraid by my intrusion in their private world, suddenly flew away, but they didn’t fly towards the opposite way, they flew away towards me!!!Did they do that to invite me and follow them?
Sorry, but I cannot fly my dear friends, my soul is too heavy, my heart is too hard, my body too stupid to try, my imagination too poor, my will too weak, even my virtual wings are too little... I’m here on the ground, fixed like a statue, heavy like a dead stone, tangled up in my contradictions, lost in my hopes and in my fears to be free, afraid by my stupid crawling man’s dreams...
But one day, my birds friends, yes, one day I will follow you, I will glide over the hills and over the seas, I will dive into the blue air and for sure I will get the great shiver, like you got every day, and I will answer with my songs to every children's laughings, like you do everyday, then, at the end of the journey, I’ll be myself...

I must say, This picture is one of my favourites of your work so far. I always enjoy looking through your gallery. But this picture catch my eye, and took my breath away. The Write up you did took away from the magic alittle. But it does show what you see and you alone, which makes it yours. But every viewers interpretation is different and what it means to them. I don't see the inability of us to fly, But the grace of the birds letting us see them fly. You have a real eye for beauty. Thankyou!

The photo is beautyful...but what I like the most is what you wrote...thats really perfect...It makes me a bit sad...don´t know why...maybe it remembers me my grand mother, dead now...wen I was a child, she´d always say she wanted to be a bird after she´d die...she wanted that as her second life...
