Another wonderful piece. The girl and her cat were quite a surprise for me. The music flows wonderfully and the birds chirping add to the quality. I do hope one day you decide to make a movie (even with the collaboration of other artists) because I'm sure it would be top notch

Well since a lot of different tecniques is applied, you can learn one at time, for the windmill I used 3d max, animation after effects, and painting photoshop, you can search tutorial for this softwares.

that's not a good answer...
at first have considered about you wanting to give us a glimpse of the fantastic world a person with the trisomy 21 could see and not express, a world that we could not ever comprehend or take part in it.
this would resonate with us "entering" the lighthouse (her "world") and also with us not be able to see really what the girl is looking at with such a interest(as noted with the fast and little movement of the eyes, so she IS looking something.).
also the music would inspire this discovery with the music pushing us with it's fiddles rising and then abruptly stopping, and the piano giving it a more "dreaming" sound.
but if you are telling me that it had no real reason...

your vision is good but is not what I meant to do, I didn't try to painting a girl with down sindrome, if it's like one, I painted wrong because this is not what I tried to do, can you understand me?
But the meaning of the feeling entering the windmill if something like you said, for real, each person has your own feeling and personal idea, this is art and subjective vision of the world.
Everyone can enter in your own imagination, you don't need to be special.

art has only the meaning from the artist. many people tries to "guess" what he meant, if there aren't explanations, and that is the "many visions" of an art piece.
of course many times the meaning from the artist can be subconscious or be intrinsic in the style.
it seems you wanted to do an "interactive" piece of art then. you voluntarily wanted the observer to add elements in the opera. I am sorry that I did not understood that before.

The "guess" game is a important piece in a entertainment work, sometimes is just better if the artist dont respond some subjetive things.
Like a ambiguous end of a movie.
