This doesn't look right. I wanted to make an art style meme, but I did only this style and I think that she matches the whole Danny Phantom style. You know Sam. The infamous goth chick was a bit of an influence... and goth girls are hot, sooo fuck off.

Anyway, I've always been a huge fan of bold simplistic art styles, but I lack the skill to pull it of and there are lot's of those minor imperfections that make it look cheap.
