Yeah, Steve Cardenas was moving houses at the time so the studio had trouble getting in touch with him, but there's another issue, how could Rocky use ranger powers because Jason was wearing the MMPR Uniform and he couldn't use his ninja gear because the ninja powers were destroyed in MMPRs Rangers in reverse saga so he wouldn't have any powers to use anyway, sorry for the overanalyzing.

Not bad. I always thought it was funny that Catherine Sutherland who played Kat. Was the voice of the evil Beetleborg character in that episode.
