Description
This OC is very much inspired by Luna, she is a very powerful Earth Pony that knows how to do a specific type of magic called Star Magic. With this magic she can give herself a temporary Unicorn horn or Pegasus wings. She cannot turn herself into an Alicorn because it's basically impossible. The rings around her are what change into a Horn or Wings, once the light goes out she changes back into an Earth Pony. The one power she can do without any problems is she can teleport herself to whatever planet she wants. She knows all sorts of Alien lifeforms so she sets peace with Equestria and any world in the universe. She will go against Sun Beam in a huge fight between light and dark magic.
