you have to apply them all manually. drag the application to your desktop, right click, properties, click "change icon" then browse for the token, then apply. afterward you can pin it to the taskbar, or the start menu, or just keep it there.

You could use an online png to ico converter, you can only go one at a time though but if its just a few specific ones you want give this a try: [link]
