oh gosh that was so hard to do i have headache now x_x emofuri didn´t show the psd layers in the correct way so i had to figure out how to fix that, plus i had to do extra layers for the side hair und the legs and don´t ask me how i did it but i got them to show up on the program after clicking around a bit.. XD and i finally know how to add backgrounds
and because it took so long i´ve put a big watermark on it, in case some people steal it xD
okay guys i´m off now, i need to rest XD

Mine ended up so weird because I missed up the proportion. Didn't think we have to center everything. My character's head was a bit tilted so the animation made it look really distorted.

Ich find's sowas von enorm klasse geworden!
Sieht echt geil aus, die Ani. Sowohl die Zeichnung an sich ist mal wieder einfach schön, als auch die Bewegungen, die so richtig schön flüssig wirken.
Ich kenn das Programm leider nicht, hab aber vorhin schon bei jemandem ein ähnliches Experiment gesehen, ich glaub, ich will das bald auch mal ausprobieren.
Schade, dass das mit deinen Commissions dafür nicht geht - die erste Reaktion als ich das hier in der Inbox hatte war "OMG, ICH WILL AUCH SOWAS! SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!11elf" aber naja, wenn Emofuri als Free2Use nicht für kommerzielle Zwecke genutzt werden kann, muss ich wohl entweder selbst lernen, damit umzugehen, oder drauf verzichten... ... aber selbst, wenn ich's selber mache, ich will sowas in deinem geilen Stil mit so knuffigen Animationen wie hier. Mist Q_Q

don´t give up! the layers don´t work for me nearly everytime too, you just have to look at the settings (the window which opens when the psd file is loaded in) and of course all the layers must have the correct japanese name or else they won´t show up in the program

Thank you .-. but they are the correct names. Its just the arms don't show up but all the mouth and eyebrow frames do, all at once :'D I tried fixing the boundaries and that wasn't it. Maybe I did something wrong when I was drawing and I should redraw it but omg it takes so much time OTL

you didn´t make something wrong with drawing. It´s just the settings are wrong. Where did you attach the arms? if you attached them to the clothes (like they are in the sample) then check the options for the clothes in the program. If you load in your psd, there´s that window and on the left side there is a list, just click through them to see which one is the one for the body/clothes and check if the arms are in the blue line. If you made the arms on a seperate layer, because you want to add seperate movement to them, you´ll need to set the options right.
If you have names in the list that show up red, there´s something wrong with them too (mostly the program can´t locate the layer to the right position then)
about the mouth, eyes and eyebrows all showing up at once: if i remember correctly you have to uncheck the middle box in the psd options. there are three boxes on the top under that zoom thing and sometimes the middle one is also checked but it has to be unchecked.
oh well i hope it wasn´t so confusing now.. I´m a bad explainer XDD

well the arms are attached on the program´s samples as well (at least on the headshot sample), to make them extra you have to do seperate layers for them and name them right.
It´s really hard to tell what´s wrong by only viewing screenshots though xD Because sometimes i have to try around too, what the problem is.
