ive never drew a chibi imp midna
i tried to animate her, i think its a little weird but ok XD
i used a black outline, i think it turned out good
sorry that its so tiny..but the animation programm doesnt allow a bigger size

The drawing is very pretty and adorable, but the blinking is really unatural looking. Generally, while animating blinking, there's more frames in the eyelid closing than there is for it opening after. There are a lot of frames here of the eyelids closing which makes it a reaaally slow blink as well as look a little weird at times, and the fact that it has just as many frames opening up just looks off.
I'm not expert but I THINK generally a closing blink has like, three frames (completely open, halfway closed, closed) and then the opening blink just goes from closed to open. You might try it and maybe it'd look a little better?
I hope you don't mind this little crit, I noticed most people seemed to be nitpicking on the hovering? but I think it's fine. In any case I'm sure your next attempt will be really amazing as this one is very nice as is.

it's really simple, isn't it? it might have been a little better had you made her continue floating while she blinked. but it's fairly good. it is nice drawing wise so yeah. *nods*

well maybe it looks simple made but it was hard to do it took me 6 hours and i havnt got so much patience to draw the eyes blinking while floating. well nothing is perfect, so i think its just that what people want to see. Some people like it and say its perfect, some people like it not or think it could be better.
