Well the good news is that its spring rather than winter now, and the weather is looking up for the better. Yet Tim is just being a bit annoyed with the fact that winter is, for the most part, over. Albiet we can all at least appreciate the weather that spring does present, albeit winter is preferable for some smaller given reasons such as being able to have a reason to stay indoors more.
