Originally created December 12, 2020I have NO IDEA if anyone remembers that Shark Finn I did long ago, but Wingo was next on the list of Cars characters to turn into part animals and he always struck me as a peacock XD Flashy bright colors and a spoiler as high as the heavens = peacock in my eyes so...here he is many years late XD
