Description
PRS-0 is one of two forms of Genesect. It is non-obtainable and is instead a boss you must fight. Black Rock Shooter is an awesome series so I thought it would be an awesome twist to Genesect.

I always thought Black Rock Shooter was something that had to do with Vocaloid, I didn't know it was an actual series. Also perfect use of the horn
