Mr.Murdoc Starling (whaaat? I like the name, gimme a break) and Elspeth Rosalie Whitaker. Actually, her hair should be browner, but eh. This is the first time I've actually thought out a complete design for Murdoc and it's fit his name. I stole some stuff from "Moulin Rouge", but you can't tell because I sorta jazzed around with it. Aw, he's so charming, I wish I could pull him off the paper and hug him.
