If I were to assume anything, I'd say that this is a reference to something? Like a song or some other thing?
It seems a bit too random not to be a reference. xD

Anyway, The psychedelic look of this entire thing is really cool to look at. The amount of different effects going through the screen, along with the realistic photos of pineapples in the background and all the crazy colors you used really do make this feel like someone might've had too many pineapples.

I do love Macy's overly surprised and exaggerated expression; it works really well with the hypnotic theme.
Of course, I need to mention how cute the little pineapples in her eyes are, along with the fact that you even added little circles to her eyes to really solidify her state of cheerful hypnosis; really good detail.

Also, I really like the way you drew her face here. Something about her sharp eyelashes, the round look of her entire face, and how triangular her ears look just works really well.
