Well "quantity" was my foundation, and then when I was satisfied with my sketches, I pushed more to "quality"

i am at the stage that i need to push to quality now.. i went from extreme quality(and never finished anything) to extreme quantity(i can do sketches from 10-30 seconds><) and i need to go back to quality now.. xD

if you want to improve your quantity, i find this to be a really good site [link] go on the challenges, and it cycles through 20 photos in 30-120 seconds and you just draw
