LOL XDDD If i could draw a drawing that needs so much effort like this in 2 minutes I would die for it XDDD Of course you could try spending more hours on one drawing~
Just put the keywords in your head while drawing:
For example,for me, if my drawing is supposed to be cool,
first,i think of getting a facial expression that is neither angry,nor happy;but the stare that people do when they look at people they hate XD partly angry,but the anger does not show too much lol. and i think of these keywords:
-KABAAMM!!!
-BOOM PERSPECTIVEEEEE
-BAADASSSSSSSSSSSSSS
-POWER!!!DESIGN!!!POSE!!!

Keep imagining the outcome of the drawing,keep thinking of how to improve the pose of the character,then look for references and draw that pose you want if u cant get it right
