Soo my computer's at the Apple store getting repaired now, but I was able to make do with the older version of Photoshop on my sister's computer and got these finished up~ :TI-I LOVE POKEMON BLACK AND WHITE FFFFFUUUUUUU
I don't know how I managed to mention B/W in those past two journals without COMPLETELY spazzing out over N... because damn it I love that guy alksjdlkfjlkhglksj;kjalf ;w; <33

aaaaaaaaahh, I really need to watch the N episodes one of these days so I can hear these guys..... OOO: and lucky you, ordering Pokemon X...!! Gen VI looks like it's going to be awesome, but I haven't been able to bring myself to buy a 3DS.... ;-; The graphics look so awesome though, it's getting painful having to resist like this.....

Bah. Now I pre-ordered both Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. This franchise is dishing out games way too fast. (And that coupled with the fact I now have two One Piece games for the 3DS, too...)

Me, too. I only own Tales of the Abyss (3DS) and Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology (PSP) right now. XD I don't have the consoles needed to play the other Tales games (aka PS3, Wii and Xbox 360 - I want them all and the Tales games. D: I just REALLY want to play Tales of Symphonia and its sequel. Kratos and Richter! ...Especially Richter. He's cold, cynical and handsome. XD Hell, with red hair and green eyes, he could be a version of Loki!).

His FIRE MOOOODE doesn't help. Plus he's a half-elf, fights with elemental attacks and his weapons are called Sol and Mani. And he makes a pact with demons from Niflheim. ...These aren't even hints anymore.

XD He's been among my top-3 favorites for six years now.) ...I love how he can do badass things like Richter, more cheerful guys like this , nice guys like this and then... THIS (...that last one is how I originally discovered him... made quite an impression, it did).
Btw, in case you ever feel like watching anime about sports, Kuroko no Basket is really good. XD Richter's actor happens to play my favorite character (Teppei) in it - Teppei's incredibly ditzy off-court, but then turns out to be a very serious, observant powerhouse while playing (plus he's more cunning than he appears at first). www.youtube.com/watch?v=JIaEBh⦠And he gets the best lines in the series... deep things, like "We don't support each other because we're a team. We're a team because we support each other.".
There's also a very good baseball anime that's airing right now - called "Ace of Diamond" or "Diamond no Ace". ...I can't help but laugh my butt off at the characters, especially the 3rd years (Tetsu and Jun mostly) and 2nd years (Miyuki and Kuramochi). ...Tetsu's the captain and each time he sees a good player, his fighting spirit sets the entire field on fire; Jun is tiny and extremely loud, earning himself the nickname "Spitz of Seidou"; Miyuki is a troll and deadpan snarker, plus has a very catchy laugh (my favorite character - the catchers are all really awesome in this series. XD); and Kuramochi's laugh and character design resemble a hyena. And Chris (half-American catcher) is reckless as hell, even though he's really quiet and calm.
A friend of mine got me into sports anime and now I can't stop.

O: Β gkhldjs I've heard about that one and I've actually managed to get myself super into watching baseball in real life in recent years so I've kinda been toying with the idea of watching some baseball anime anyway~~ ;v;/ Β I started watching one called Major a while ago and it's really good but it also gets REALLY. REALLY. SAD. So it's a bit emotionally draining. D: Β One of these days I'm gonna get around to finishing it anyway 'cause it definitely IS really good but in the meantime I think I need something a little cheerier.... ;;u;;// Β
I watched most of Free when it was first coming out in Japan, it was pretty enjoyable~ 8D Β I still need to watch the last few episodes though.... (And then they've got that second season for it now so I guess I need to watch that too??) Β Yowamushi Pedal looks really interesting to me PLUS it's about cycling so that's an automatic win in my book, I've definitely been planning on checking that one out someday. 8DD
I have literally never heard of Cyber Formula before though, so that's amazing. O8 Β I'll definitely have to look into it if it's as awesome as you say it is...!

Ace of Diamond isn't quite as sad as Major, but it's still really emotional in a different way - the bgm also contributes to the emotion factor quite a bit. Some of the themes have really powerful impacts when played during certain scenes... like this one that usually plays when the 3rd years' fighting spirit and willpower are focused on. While this plays when Raichi (a batter from Yakushi) and Mei (a pitcher from Inashiro) come to play (they're both monsters at what they do). Endless Firmament sounds like it comes from a LOTR movie, yet it actually played during flashbacks of the 3rd years training when they were 1st years. XD
Free's both seasons are good, plus the second season introduces Sousuke. He's one of my favorite characters in the show, even though he's kind of intimidating with his death glares at first. XD I've nicknamed him Grumpysuke for that. ...Even ended up buying his character song album.
Cyber Formula is a really obscure show so it's no wonder. XD ...It was made by Sunrise (Gundam's studio) back in 1991 and they made 37 episodes for it; then they made four OVA series, several PS2 games and the franchise still seems to be alive, somewhat. My favorite character in the show is Edelhi Bootsvorz, a Russian who lost his eye and arm in a crash and got cybernetic replacements. Though I like pretty much every character, except Mr. Smith (and Henri's kind of annoying). XD Phil from the OVAs is adorable, especially when his boss starts yelling at him and scares him, to the point of making him shake with this face . ...This show also features some personalities and character designs that were recycled in Gundam SEED - Henri Claytor's character design was used for Yzak Joule, Kyoshiro Nagumo was used for Gilbert Durandal (down to the same voice actor) and Bootsvorz reminds me of Andrew Waltfeld. Plus one of the episodes in Cyber Formula Zero predicted Ayrton Senna and Roland Ratzenberger's deaths - one MONTH before the actual race that killed them. The crash that injured two characters was similar to how Senna and Ratzenberger crashed...
Out of non-sports anime, I've been getting into Magi, Fairy Tail, One Piece and Super Robot Wars recently (I've never really watched mecha shows, but SRW got me obsessed. Got into it via the bgm and now I own soundtracks to the OG and OG2 games.). ...Plus they've made three spin-offs of Saint Seiya and I'm getting excited all over again (Lost Canvas in 2009-2011, Omega in 2012-2014 and Soul of Gold in 2015).

I have the same problem with Cheren's name. I usually try to pronounce it with a slightly harder sound somewhere between a 'ch' and a 'sh' so I don't call the poor guy 'Sharon'. But then again, all the times he popped up out of nowhere when my team was almost dead...maybe he deserves to be teased a little.
