So glad I saw this on dA's front page, it's lovely!
The concept is great, especially as a spacey person myself! I love that you kept the colours and composition quite simple, it really helps bring the idea through without bogging it down with unnecessary details. The warmer light source contasts well with the cool blue shadows, and I especially like how this comes through in her dress and her face!
Speaking of her face, your style of faces is really nice! Her mouth and eyes are especially pretty, and it's a really nice touch giving her eyes little star-shaped sparkles!
On a final note, the idea of having sort of "Saturn's rings" around her head looks awesome, especially that she's taken one up as a hat!
On a final-final note, I also wanted to say that I love her hair - a cute, simple style, exquisitely shaded! But then again I love any hair style with a little braid added in!
