Description

So my drawings of the week were primarily doing a bunch of muscle studies, so if I was doing a longer-ish drawing of something with a bunch of muscles, then what better choice than to draw something from the show where everyone is muscular, even the kids. So I drew Vegeta charging up the Final Flash as my drawing of choice fer the week.

Honestly, my main regret is that I didn't put as much effort into the hair as I did the tail. It wasn't as structured as I probably could if I was giving myself more time, but I still like how the tail turned out. By comparison the hair, which I was trying to be more only shadows in the wedges formed makes it look far less engaging. Even still, I like how this came out. Probably could have gotten a bit more done but I had drawn a very rough outline, then went and made a much finer line work knowing full well I was going to make it lineless because that would make the tail look better, and then had to go over some of the lines for creases (or places like the hands) again. Overall, about 2 hours for the sketch/ink, and another 2.5 hours for the color and shading.

Though that did bring to my mind the question of based on the way that super saiyans work, if something with fur did go legitimate super saiyan, would their fur, regardless of original colorations also turn yellow? And if yes, what would that mean their Super Saiyan 3 Form would look like?
