So, um. Yeah. I know one of my biggest problems is that I suck at socializing. I am very much an introvert. Granted I can be a rather social introvert, but if I am not assigned someone to be with I have no idea how to hold myself. And so when I brought myself to a party of other people with similar interests and instead of actually socializing and interacting with everyone else I just chose to sit in the corner and doodle. Did a quick sketch first and I gotta say I really can tell just how spoiled I am on tools like Undo and drag.

But I had a sketchbook, and a box of colored pencils, and yet oddly didn't think to bring a pencil sharpener. So I decided to go a sort of Thine Eyes approach and just distracted myself from the noise of the party by just doodling off to the side of the room and only stopped to get food and when they had us do a group photo. Overall probably about 2-3 hours spent. Don't know for certain since I wasn't keeping that much track of time.
