Description
During the nighttime of Heliopolis, crime runs wild and streets are filled with chaos. During the nighttime, is when the hero the Black Basilisk rises out from the shadows, like a phantom and sweeps crime off the streets. When heroes like the Arbiter are unavailable during the night, the Black Basilisk will answer the call to action from the Black Basilisk signal. This was a fun idea I wanted to do to help me get out of my art block.
