Sarah was doing her late night jogging outside when suddenly she's blinded by flash of light, she now finds herself inside a macabre, otherworldly place with no recollection of how she got there, her face is covered by fleshy membrane that extends like a tube down her throat, pumping nutrients and oxygen to keep her alive, her entire body is cocooned by some kind of organic matter, except for her exposed feet. The seemingly intelligent being that captured have great interest in her feet, tasting it, touching it, making it curl and twist with ticklish stimulation, using advanced biotech to monitoring their physical and chemical reaction and that way getting info about the rest of her body. Behind her is many more other captured people, already processed and embedded within the grotesque looking ecosystem, nothing but cogs now, their bodies are kept alive as energy sources, and for reproductive purposes, never aging, being forever regenerated by the mysterious nutrients.
