Description
Rye is a cerealian with 1/8 saiyan blood and has mutation which made him got blue hair instead of green. As a member of race which can live up to 200 years, he is still in his prime while he has been living for at least 100 years. He's a tech savvy who invented and buit several machines including a multi funchioned device on his left forearm which also functioned as a mini time machine. Rye was a former Time Patrol member who came from the future and risking his Time Patrol role by using his own time machine. He is someone with exceptional bravery, intuitive, and not afraid to taking risk no matter how big.

Rye is from a timeline where there were more cerealian survivors instead of one. He and his team was on another planet when saiyans invaded their home planet and killed almost everyone there. Upon hearing this news, the cerealian group ditched Rye and his sister due to their saiyan blood. They wandered space aimlessly and stranded on a planet before finally being found by Time Patrol members. Then, Rye joined Time Patrol. When he joined, Tatsoi was already a famous Time Patroller after saved Conton City, but Rye never actually meet and talk with Tatsoi, he only saw him from afar.

One day, Tatsoi suddenly turned evil and wreaking havoc everywhere, even attacked Conton City and killed other Time Patrollers. As response, Rye betrayed Time Patrol and did an unauthorized time travel using his time machine in order to save Tatsoi from despair which later will let Tatsoi Black takes over his body. Rye always arrives at the point when Tatsoi start to having mental breakdown which will gives Tatsoi Black an opportunity to take over Tatsoi's body. This took him hundreds of attempts and failures, leaving hundreds more of chaotic timelines.

Among those failed savings, many of them ended with Tatsoi becoming an insane figure who desires to kill everyone and destroy everything. In some attempts, Tatsoi ended up commiting suicide by shoots his own head with ki blast, but not long after Tatsoi Black took over and revived his body then healed the fatal injury from the suicide with his demonic regenerative power and then going insane. Many of those timelines are destroyed by Zeno after Tatsoi Black wreaking havoc so much that it bothered The Zeno Sama. Rye often almost gets killed during those attempts.

After a lot of grieves from those failed savings, Rye becomes a brooding person and often having mental breakdowns as well. But he is still determined, to save Tatsoi for the sake of entire multiverse and countless timelines.
