This is a rework of Into the Light .
I manipulated the piece to make it more surreal and dark.

Original piece was photographed in Sintra, Portugal.
It's an HDR composite, made of 3 exposures.

Cheers Max. The soft contrast was actually the fog there. I left it like that so anyone who manipulates this stock might decide to increase the contrast, or not.

Indeed, there is fog, but you lowered the contrast as well, did you not?
Anyhow, you are absolutely correct regarding the fact that if people wish to see more contrast, that they can just increase it.

Fabulous work, you never disappoint with your images... such great 'vision' you have.  I like this more surreal, dark version.
Going into the light from the darkness once dwelled is the hope and desire of most souls.
