I'd draw this with ballpens: black, blue, sky-blue, green, yellow (or orange). It is the best material to draw pictures like this I think. May be I also make fast art on it and then you see how it may be looking. Да поможет мне Талос)))

All the time I remember myself I draw only with one model of black, red and blue ballpens, this is PENSAN GLOBAL '21 0.5mm (original). 7 years I don't change a firm and model of main pens. For now It's the best mark for drawing. But if you wanna draw with ones You'll encounter some difficulties, I say about a small blots, difficultes to make homogeneously and beautiful stroking, you must very (how you can) rarely touch faceside of picture (put some clear list under your hands for example), you must almost don't use eraser on the faceside of picture (it make quality of list worse)... I can tell about it in future. All will come with practice. I draw it not soon may be.
