Okay, so I said I wasn't going to post a version of Chibi-Moon in this latest set...... I lied. My brain just wouldn't leave me alone until it was done.
For the record I hate Chibi-Moon. I think she is a pathetic weak character and in my mind will never ever have a cosmic form, and there for never be Cosmos like Sailor Moon. That said, I based this look heavily off of her Super form with a few hints of Cosmos in there.
