Mika & Rose-eye took a moment to cautiously assess each other, the many scary stories they've heard of their own kind flashing in their minds. Especially the stories about how dragons are fire breathing ruthless monsters. Rose-eye tried to roar in self defense however it quickly faded into a pained groan. Mika stared anxiously, however as he realized she's probably injured, decided to slowly approach her. Rose tried to roar harder but by this point it dwindled into a whimper, she winced as the blue dragon approached closer and closer, she tried to retreat only to realize her leg was caught in some chains! Mortified of what would happen to her, she just shut her eyes and pressed herself against the cave wall.

She felt the blue fur-ed dragon suddenly tug against her leg! She prepared herself for the worst, thinking this blue fur dragon would be the end of her. However her fear was cut short when the sound of chains suddenly echoed through. Mika had bitten off the chains entrapping her leg! She stared at him and her free leg, still recovering from the scare, realizing after a moment that the blue dragon is probably friendly and not a threat.

"T-thank you..." Rose-Eye murmured, nursing her bruised leg with her paws. "What's your name?"
"Glad to help! I'm Mika" he replied
"Mika? That's a nice name! I'm Rose-Eye, ...really glad you aren't one of those nasty dragons we've been told stories about"
Mika replied "Im glad you aren't one too, you seem way too nice to be one"
They shared stories and laughs, the whole situation lightened up as they got to know each other a little more.

A little while later two dragons made their way toward the cave entrance, the warm light from outside bathes their scales and fur, the two dragons finally get a chance to properly see how the other looks like. They exchanged smiles of relief, taking a moment to relax and enjoy the serene view. Eventhough the two just met, they can certainly appreciate a peaceful moment of each other's company and new found friendship.

In The CaveMika jumped in suprise, not expecting that something was beside him, much less one that can talk. The animal beside him had shimmering black scales, with spots of purple ones distributed randomly, glowing dimly in the sunlight. It also had wings almost the size of its body.
"Another dragon?" Mika thought to himself. He had heard much about his own species and the sterotypes behind them, one he unfortunately fits in as well. Scary, scalar giant creatures that breathe fire and can fly. Curious and suddenly afraid, Mika backed into a corner of the cave.
Soon enough, the dragon started to wake up.

"Stupid sunlight.." Rose-Eye mumbled, using her wings to shield herself. She couldn't remember a thing of what happened yesterday, but, this, clearly wasn't her mother's cave.
"Where am I? What is this place?" Rose-Eye asked, looking around, spotting a creature with blue fur and yellow horns in the corner of the cave.

It was a really fun piece to draw, and write the story for, capturing a really sweet moment between two dragons~
