Why I drew characters from a 80s/90s series dressed as characters from a fighting game?
I felt like to.
Also, is it just me or Makoto is basically the same character as Akane? They certainly share the temper, hairstyle choices and the fact that both are heir to a martial arts dojo that isn’t very well known (at the point we meet them in their stories.)
Coincidence? Inspiration? Common trappings of a character archetype? I wonder which…
