Lore:
Jahn Daviz (known as J.D. for short) was a former friend of Mike and a former NSS (New Squidbeak Splatoon) agent. He was once high school classmates with Mike who befriended him while the former was being bullied by a psychotic and perverted student Clarence for three years straight. After graduating High School, J.D. became a field agent of the New Squidbeak Splatoon and carried out successful solo missions while unbeknownst to Mike and the NSS, he has a conspiracy plot with Clarence whom he delusionally dreamed that the world is overpopulated with "abnormally" born people and wishing to cleanse it with his own "normality" to which J.D. vowed to help him with. His first scheme with Clarence along with his other friends as well as manipulating Mike's love interest Micah into scamming Mike to join him. Mike secretly overhears this scheme and declines everything they are trying to scam him for and deny everything with J.D. failing to trick him. The last straw was him getting involved on a cyberbullying incident along with Clarence by editing Mike's own photo in an unacceptably inappropriate image. This left Mike in a serious outrage. Because of the trauma Mike had experienced from the conspiracy, he delivers the evidence of the incident to Captain Cuttlefish, the head of the NSS. J.D. was exposed and then subsequently stripped of his position as an agent. Captain Cuttlefish ordered the arrest of J.D. for his actions which led to him going into hiding from the agents who are on the hunt for him and Clarence. With his position and uniform marked as a disgrace to the NSS, J.D. and Clarence hid within the tunnels of Deepsea Metro where they were found of what's left of Commander Tartar's army of Sanitized Octolings. A deal was made with J.D. and the Sanitized and then founding of the organized crime syndicate called PALAMAS with J.D. as the leader and Clarence as his right-hand. J.D. already kept Clarence's word and dream of ridding the world of "abnormality" and promised to him to make this plan come into fruition while prioritizing on keeping the NSS, especially Mike at bay from intervening with their project.

When he was created on 2017, he was subsequently removed/scrapped from my OCs following an incident with him taking part of. Now, J.D. is then recycled and reworked as a villain OC.

PALAMAS is a secret criminal organization composed of what's left of Commander Tartar's sanitized army and corrupt NSS agents. This criminal group is derived from the word "Adamas" which is a Latin for Diamond. Diamond is the name of my real life Fourth Year High School section in my 2016-2017 curriculum where I was severely bullied (I was bullied for three years starting Second Year). PALAMAS and the Octarians never had contact with each other and are not even allies.
J.D. is also known to be a racist towards his own kind and even Octolings which he regrets himself of being an inkling.
