I love Merman because he's really incredibly dangerous in his own element but outside of it he's sort of awkward and nobody takes him as a serious threat.
Also I love that his face always looks like he just saw something shocking. Like he just opened a door at Snake Mountain and saw Evil Lyn naked with Skeletor
