Quite possibly the sexiest MOTU villain EVER. It's nothing but a sin to see is fat, disgraceful 2002 self. Poor guy... talk about ruining an awesome piece of fangirl bait... though; I'm reasonably sure he's, like, totally hot for Trap-Jaw, so it probably doesn't matter.

Whiplash is so cool but I have to admit that I have never found a character so ridiculous as Photog. I know he is a childs dream and all but........

I actually went and searched out the story behind Photog. A very similar thing happened in Marvel Comics with a contest they did in the 70s and the character didn't appear in the comics until sometime in the 2000s in the pages of Thunderbolts.
I love the way you did his shield and how Whiplash seems to be almost mooning him
