Fooling around a little bit more on the Superman rogue designs. This time I think I nailed it with his ultimate arch nemisis Lex Luthor. I desided to make him difigured palcing scars all over his face signifying how he lost his hair. Its also remanistic of that smallvile Lex who looses his hair in the meteor shower, same deal here. Like what's going on with the green drench coat. I think I might want to give him a gun of some sort give him that assasin quality to him.
