Done while streaming on Livestream during 11/11/11.Update:
Honestly, though, I didn't know what 11/11/11 meant when I made this. Sad to say, this piece isn't war-related.
It was done using Photoshop and AfterEffects in 5 hours and 30 minutes continuously with no breaks.
(I have to admit, it was really exhausting. But challenging!)
The older guy consist of 31 frames, the younger boy have 28 frames, and the walking feet have 10 frames.
And like many have already figured out, the little boy is the same boy from "Draw with Me." The older guy is his brother, and the event shown happened before the boy discovered the glass wall.

om guessing from the guy who walks by is someone from the army because of the boots and green pants. Then the kid from draw with me (loved that) and this other character with animal ears are in some time of hole taking refuge watching the vetran soldiers walk by and are trying to remain udetected. I think prolly cause they have animal ears or they just wanna see whats going on(like when u sneak into a concert you stay low). the neku(? idk what he is) kid from draw with me seems kinda sad...I think cause of the whole war vetran thing...cause like when someone had to go through war or died fighting in it...its sad-ish.
